As an author, public speaker and founder of The Urban Connection Project, Justin has spoken at events and conferences across the United States. With a focus on equity, inclusion and “The Power of Hope,” Justin is able to speak and connect with many different types of audiences. His speaking style is "Interaction and Engagement.” Justin incorporates art, comedy and DE&I insight as a catalyst to captivate the audience; however, his goal is for the audience to feel empowered to be a part of the session. His style permits participants to learn from and connect with each other, while also gaining incredible insight from what is being presented. Because of his work, Justin has been featured twice on USA Today, PBS, in the Arizona Business Journal and in many more publications. Justin provides an experience, not just a speaking engagement.
